<<Disclaimer: Verify this information before applying it to your situation.>> I was thinking of what a great list this is and thought about the time and effort it takes to maintain a service of this quality. This list has made an extreme difference in my life and may well have saved my life through the information that I have learned. Then I thought that, here are these people that developed and maintain this service and it is free. I want to express my deepest thanks to them all. It is so easy to take all this for granted and forget the great people behind it. Thank you!! Thank you all!! I also have soy intolerance, and some people have tried to start a soy group, but after several years, the one I try to get information from still doesn't work as smoothly as our gluten free/wheat free list does. I am not putting down those whose efforts are terrific in the soybean group, I just want to say that it has taken some special knowledge, PR, equipment, time, effort and who knows what else to keep this celiac list up and running. Again, thank you so much for making the quality of our lives so much better. Carol in NJ
