<<Disclaimer: Verify this information before applying it to your situation.>> Hello fellow listmates..I wanted to share my new found expirence with mochi.Usually I heat the oven to 450o and then cut off a chunk of mochi and pop it into the oven and wait 15-20 min for it to cook and pop up.But today I had an errand to run while waiting,so as soon as I had the temperature up to 450o i turned it off with the mochi in it and ran my errand.Usually the mochi is soft and gooey this time it was very dry and I can see how I could stuff it now.It was flaky and really good and not gooey..
