My husband, who was diagnosed one year ago and has been gluten free since
then, wanted to find out what his symptoms would be if he ingested gluten.
He tested himself on a 6-inch piece of french bread.  It's been 2 days and
he's had no problems.  Is that common?  Has it happened to any of you?  I'll
