I revently tried a whole week with no bacon or eggs.
I didn't notive a huge difference.  Also I eat
the regulare store bought bacon and eggs.
I did miss the bacon and eggs since they are my usual
breakfast and snacks.

Right now I am on < 20g carbs to loose some weight.
