Hi, I purchased some suet from an organic farm. It came in a one-foot "block." What is the best way to store it, assuming it will take me a while to use it up? Should I cut it into chunks and freeze individual pieces? Also, I've only seen recipes for using suet to make pemmican. What other uses does it have, say for everyday cooking?
