<<Disclaimer: Verify this information before applying it to your situation.>> Hello again! First off, I want to Thank everybody for the number of overwhelming responses I received. I will try to be as brief as possible with my summary. Here it goes: Re: The impossible good tasting white bread that is already made, well, I have sadly been informed that one does not exist (without being toasted), so I guess I will have to make my own! :( The #1 bread that I received good responses to (that was already made, and did not have to be toasted was Ener-G-Food's Tapioca Bread. I guess I will be getting me some really soon!! There was 1 other bread from Kinnikinnick Foods from Canada Starlight White Grain Free Bread. I heard it was also pretty good. I might just buy both and see which I like better. Re: Gf stores in the area 1. Tong's specialty food store (in Creve Coeur) (this is actually on the same street as my doctor's office!) 2. Wild Oat's (in Ladue) 3. River City Nutrition Center (on Dunn Rd. in shopping center between Washington & W. Florissant) 4. Nutrition Stop (on Mexico Rd. in St. Peters) Re: Restaurants Outback, Taco Bell, McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's (only certain GF items at these places of course) I was also informed of the many GF places to call to get GF items mailed to me such as: Menu Direct, Miss Roben's, Kinnikinnick Foods, Gluten Free Pantry, and Ener-G-Foods I was informed that Kraft (sliced singles) are NOT GF, so therefore, I will be looking for something else. Although, I was told Borden's American slices and Cabot American slices ARE GF. A couple people mentioned the movie popcorn, & said they stay away from it. I did find out who is in charge of the local CSA here (Sharon Biondo) & I will be giving her a call really soon! I also received a couple of bread recipes, if anyone is interested, I will post them, just let me know. Again, Thank you VERY MUCH to everyone who responded to me. This was all very helpful information, and gives me a GREAT place to start!! Thanks again!! (Sorry, this didn't turn out to be very "brief"!) Kathy St. Louis, MO.
