A week or two ago someone posted this 'Breakfast Cookie recipe.  I tried it
but didn't have either of the flakes mentioned so substituted medium grated
coconut.  I doubled the recipe and substituted half a cup of olive oil for
the 1 cup of fat or oil and added two eggs.

The results are delicious.  I made 40 of them from the double recipe and put
some in the freezer.  Thanks for another great recipe from 'the list'.
