I do, however, exercise like a beast; .into the bodybuilding thing, (a wanna-be really, a 4 on a scale of 1 to 10 yet, but gettin' there). I do still eat some starches, I find them useful for energy in the gym, but the amount is much, much less than I used to eat, and still I saw the benefits. I have a little milk occassionally too. I am more interested in the bodybuilding thing right now than adhering to a perfect paleo lifestyle.....,but for sure the low carbing, well low starching really, has made the biggest difference in my day to day health.....and I can't emphasize enough the importance of the exercise. It has helped my insulin resistance tremendously. I can actually tolerate the few starches I eat now, I couldn't before. Anna 8-)
