A friend of mine has a PC assembled by a local "cheap" shop. He's had
problems with it
from about the 4th day day and the shop won't even talk to him about the
problems. One
of the problems he's got is with the bios. He set a BIOS password
(alphanumeric, mixed
case) because of an "always on" ADSL internet connection. Now he can't
get back into the
BIOS, it claims that his password is incorrect. I've not worked with
Iwill boards. Can I reset
the BIOS jumper on the motherboard and flash the BIOS to get rid of the
password? Do I
need to do something else instead?

TIA!
