If I'm not mistaken, Mark Rode had a similar problem when he installed (I
believe) WinFAX Pro.  In his case, this installation changed his default
printer selection to the fax, which didn't support most of the installed
fonts (found in c:\windows\fonts or whatever your system fonts path may
be). Check your printers folder to see if this is the case. If so, simply
right-click the printer you want for your default and click "Set as
default".  This should clear up the problem.
