My children are lacto vegetarians and do not like milk - they eat a small
amount of cheese and milk in cereal  and baked goods.  My daughter is
fussy about legumes.   Is a gluten-free diet potentially dangerous to
them?   Any ideas on keeping the cook gluten-free when other family
members may need wheat for optimum health?
