<<Disclaimer: Verify this information before applying it to your situation.>> Hi All (again)-- Rather than ask a question, I thought I would share with the list an interesting bit of information I learned this week. I am not much inclined to spend a lot of time in the kitchen though I enjoy cooking. I decided I was spending too much of my weekends trying to cook for the upcoming week and a friend suggested I talk with a catering service to see if their chef(s) would be willing to cook up five or six meals for me for a week. I called someone and I'll be meeting with the chef some time next week. This may be old news to many of you, but thought it was a great idea. Of course, I don't know what this may cost me - and it may be too costly to even try, but I plan to at least talk to the chef. I was advised to talk to several chefs as though buying a car as their costs will vary greatly. This would be ideal for those of us who don't have the time and are concerned about variety in their diet (which mine is saddly lacking!), and a good way to get the information about CD out to the community chefs and restaurants. I'm certainly not rich and as is the case with all of us needing to spend more on many food items, I have to be very money conscious. I will summarize when my research is concluded. Ayn.
