If your printer driver (make sure you check manufacturer's web site for latest drivers!) has the capability (what printer are you using, and from what application?), you can select START, SETTINGS, PRINTERS, right-click on printer icon, select PROPERTIES, choose PAPER tab (or similar, browse around a bit because available settings depends on printer drivers), then select CUSTOM paper (either pull-down menu or check box most likely) and specify dimensions. Be sure to set the proper page margin settings in PAGE SETUP of the application, or in the drivers if available. Alternately, use your application to format printable material to proper spacing and disable page breaks (using standard paper in setup). This depends on your application and printer as well.
