Eat tons of salad.
Lots of meat
some nuts
a little fruit
Almost zero grain.
Little milk.
few beans.

Get as much varaince in the food you eat.
If you want to loose weight then eat more meat and fat
and less carbohydrates.
If you want to be a die-hard, eat NO grain, dairy, beans.


Then adjust the diet a little at a time to discover any
alergies you may have.
