David, RNAAP is part of the MS Dial Up Networking system. It is having a conflict with Netscape. You need to upgrade both your DUN and Netscape. First - if you do not have version 1.3 of DUN - go to updates.microsoft.com and download and install Dial Up Networking version 1.3. I vagely remember getting a Kernl32 update at the same time. I'm not sure if the two are related, so you better read the screens carefully and make sure that you have any/all other upgrades before you do the DUN thing. Once that is done, go to Netscape and download a full copy of NC 4.6. DO NOT attempt to use SMART UPDATE, it is very unreliable. I have heard some people say that it worked good for them, but many many more people have told me that it messed up their system.
