Ralph, your experience with paleo sounds great to me. My spouse and I are low carb (Dr. Adkins style), but have only lost a few pounds out of the 40 or so we'd like to drop. Also, he tends to crave bread, while I crave sugar. We've reduced dairy to just some cheese, and I'm having trouble getting enough calcium (leg cramps). Could you post a "food list" of what you eat, and some sample daily example menus with quantities? Thanks soooo much, Kathleen
