I finally made hamburger buns that do not fall apart. I took bread on
vacation and could have sandwiches on top of a mountain instead of trail mix.
I have used several bread recipes and follow them except for adding a little
more liquid.  Then I spread the batter thinly onto a well greased cookie pan.
I bake for about 20 minutes at 350 degrees. When cool I cut into sandwich
size pieces.  I always triple the recipe so I  put the  them into freezer
Ziplock bags, two slices to a bag and take the slices out as I need them.
