The featured speaker is Dr. Joseph Murray, of the Mayo Clinic [formerly of the University of Iowa-ed.]. The program runs from 10:30 am to 3 pm, and includes a potluck lunch and commercial food sampling. The cost is $8.50 per person, with no charge for children under age 13. To register, send a check payable to Madison Area Gluten Intolerance Chapter to Kathy Borner, 405 Tyanna Court, Cottage Grove, WI 43427. Please include the number of celiacs and non-celiacs attending, as well as the number of children under age 13.
