I mean that eating a very limited variety of foods may not be the best
plan.  I have read that H-G people used to eat an absolutely enormous
variety of foods.  Of course, we may have fewer good choices available
today.  But what I'm saying is that perhaps you could experience two kinds
of problems from eating a very restricted diet: (1) if you are borderline
intolerant of something you eat, then eating a lot of it might cause
problems where eating a little of it might not, (2) you are more likely to
miss nutritional elements by eating a very limited variety of foods
because different foods have different nutrient profiles.
