Hi, Jamal, Thanks for posting that updated resource list from the NFB. The latest version I had until you posted this one was the 1997 edition. A quick cursory perusal of the document revealed one very much out-of-date item. The TurboBraille braille translation software from Second Sight Software is not $295 any more. It is free! You must e-mail the author for a registration key and instructions on how to incorporate it into the program, but otherwise, there is no cost. The AutoBraille program is no longer on the website. Get that Turbobraille program as tbrlxxx.zip where "xxx" represents the current version number as in 403 and all his other software, including the Second Sight Software Personal Assistant software package for DOS sss20.zip from the website: http://www.secondsightsoftware.com/ This is hosted on a sight using the newer HTML 1.1 standards with dynamic URL allocation, so if you use Net-Tamer to go to that sight, you will need the latest version 1.11.2 version posted on the Net-Tamer website since October, 15, 1998. Get that one at: http://www.nettamer.net/tamer.html Reply to: [log in to unmask] Brent Reynolds, Atlanta, GA USA 44 Keys Wilson - the half-price pianist.
