It may have taken me 3 or 4 months to lose a noticable amount of fat. I havent been weighing myself at all since I started- I figured that would be pointless, since fat loss and muscle gain may even out. My waistline was about 34" from what used to be 32", now its back to 32". Ive been eating Paleo since September. I eat bacon or sausage every breakfast, 1 lb of fruit at lunch. , and a meat-heavy dinner sometimes with a vegetable side. Stick to it, and the statistics show that you will succeed.
