So much, that it is a real *must* (besindes brain or sardines) for everyone eating fat from farmed animals, raised (or "finished") on grains (the animal fat adopts the "bad" fat composition of the cereals). There are many scientists who claim that the brain and marrow fats played an essential role when our (undoubted) anchestors, the australopithecus .. started scavenging big animal carcasses.
