Dear listmates,

I just purchased a hand-crank pasta maker.  Does anyone have a recipe for rice
or corn pasta (with no eggs, gluten, soy, or potato flour?), and any other
tips in terms of drying/cooking?  I notice on many store bought packages it is
just the flour.  When I tried mixing brown rice flour and water it was not
successful--maybe it is in the technique?
