Like most of you I have found that I can not trust most meals
prepared by "others". So... I enjoy the up side by being able to use
my celiac diet restrictions to avoid all the "rubber chicken" dinners
that come my way. Selectively anti-social.

When it comes to the occasional times when we cook different meals for
me from the rest of the familly I always try to prepare something I
"really" enjoy and is easy to cook, like a shrimp and pesto on
GF pasta etc. Most of the time my meal gets covetous looks from the
others. Treat yourself as a special person not disabled by your
diet.
