After being for almost 2 years first wheat free then gluten free, I noticed a large change in my attitude. When I have a accident, I get agitated, irritable, hyper, tired, washed-out feeling, the usual aches and pains, but not always diarrhea, just floating and smeary stool, the brain is fried, feels like pea size, like I am looking out from a tiny clear spot of a large dirty window. What makes me really worry is my explosiveness. No tolerance to anything, I could "strangle" someone for little offenses, but by heart I am kind, friendly and quite indifferent. When I am off gluten for a while without accident, my depression kicks in quite bad. I also feel that other foods are causing me troubles, just don't know which ones. I eat lots of grapes, tropical fruits, apples, jelly from beeries, rice, cheese, fish and beef (self grown). Can someone help me please? will summarize, thanks Butze
