  The difference between 230 and 250 is less than 10%.  I wouldn't
worry about that.
  I *would* look at a couple of other factors.  A good power supply
will carry a UL rating; don't be too shocked if this doubles the price!
A "good enough" power supply will provide at least 3 drive "tails" for
floppies, hard drives, CD drives and so on.  Having to insert "Y" power
connectors is not to be recommended.

  If you will be using more than one or two hard drives and/or PII
CPUs, a 300w or 350w power supply may be worth considering.
