Dear listmates
in reference to the below mailing to the list I quote the body of the text

I don't understand this method of determing if something is gf or not. Can
someone help me? I also do not understand the differances or what really
are the differances between celiac/sprue; gluten sensitivites; gluten
allergies and wheat allergies.
