Dear Listmates:

    What forms of yeast are safe for celiacs.  I made a gf bread this
weekend using Fleischmann's Rapid Rise yeast and got a pretty bad
reaction.  Just trying to narrow the culprit down.  It may be that I'm
simply sensitive to yeast too.  I tried to open the archives, but the
site isn't working too well.  I will summarize.  Thanks!
