Newer AMI and Award (I believe) allow choices for boot devices and boot order from the likes of SCSI, LS-120, CD-ROM, A:, C: and the usual suspects. The AMI BIOS on a machine I'm presently working with allows for 4 boot priority levels, 1st through 4th boot devices. You may want to check on this for its interaction with System Commander.
