Hi,

I have been watching all the posts recently about cheese, and its GF status.
I appreciate that some flavoured types may contain gluten, but I thought
that most cheese would be GF, or am I being naive?

Could some kind person please enlighten me, especially about the really
great varieties such as brie, camembert, blue vein etc. I will summarise the
responses for the information of all.
