I have always used a thickener called "Swan" Potato Starch Flour for gravies,
stews, and great cream sauce.  I'm in CA and always bought this item at
Safeway grocery stores.  They no longer sell the product and I can't find it
anywhere!

Does anyone have any suggestions for something similar?  I really use this a
lot and will be lost without it...help!!
