<<Disclaimer: Verify this information before applying it to your situation.>> Dear Listmembers, In the December issue of McCall's Magazine, there is a recipe on page 72 that has no flour and could certainly be adapted to be GF. It is called Pine-Nut Marzipan Crescents. It calls for almond paste, superfine sugar, egg whites, conf. sugar, and pine nuts. Odense almond paste is supposedly GF and so is Domino's sugar, I don't know about any GF pine nuts, but I'm going to try it and use almonds, D ole ones are supposedly GF.. I don't think that I would be allowed to print the recipe on the list, as it may be copyrighted. If I can print it, would one of the listservers please let me know? It sounds great.
