MenuDirect, in a joint venture with Dietary Specialties, has created a new line of "completely prepared" gluten and wheat-free items for the Celiac community. Chef Steve Capodicasa will present a gluten-free cooking demonstration. The Chef has over 20 years experience in the culinary arts and has taught several courses at the Culinary Institute of America (CIA). Tim Morck, VP of Nutritional Services, will present a brief history of the company and its exciting plans for the future. MenuDirect is offering a "unique" approach to providing good tasting gluten-free foods to the Celiac community and an alternative solution to some of the problems many of us experience in maintaining our diet.
