<<Disclaimer: Verify this information before applying it to your situation.>> Hi Listmates I've just tried a new pasta from ENER-G - Brown Rice lasagna, and it's very good. I got it at a WholeFoods Market (So. Calif location). I didn't realize how much I missed foods like lasagna. The box states it's wheat, gluten, corn, soy - free, as well as sodium, fat, and cholesterol free. Also "--- recommended for the dietary management of those who suffer from the following conditions: Gluten-sensitive enteropathies including ---, Celiac Disease and Dermatitis Herpetiformis. This product complies with the International Codex Alimentarius Standard for "Gluten-Free Foods"." I'm not sure if, or what, the implications are of the last sentence. Does it meet European but not the US criteria? This product also sounds like the lasagna noodles from a Canadian firm - Tinkyada - that were recently recommended in a posting to this list. I have no financial interest in this company - just grateful this product is available. Pat
