Dear Listmembers,  There was a mention today on the list of the CSA food
guide.  The TCCSG also puts one out.  But, please be aware that many of the
listings go back a few years and don't use it as your Bible when picking
foods.  I have found many products in them to be non GF when I have called
the manufacturer or have looked at the list of ingredients.  I am not
blaming them for this, as ingredients can change daily but just warning
everyone not to rely strictly on their listings.  They are an invaluable
