My bread seemed to rise ok but it is spongy. I used the gluten free pantry's favorite sandwich bread mix. It was also yellow in color and it is supposed to be a white bread. I followed the recipe exactly as it is on the package. I used canola oil instead of butter. I also used the gluten free pantry's yeast. Any advice on better bread making would be greatly appreciated.
