Hi everyone,

We are family of 4 on GF diet for 30 months. When started, we were
looking fir different flours, breads, pasta act. After we made to many
mistakes, we decided not to buy any more half products nor bread and try
to give up bread all together. It is working excellent. When eat out we
just tell the waiter to tell the cook not to give us any flour,or
vinegar to our meals. I am traveling frequently around the globe and
have no problem. For bread replacement using fruits, even for breakfast
having bacon and fried eggs with fruit. It is different, but to me taste
better than bread, which I do not like to even smell any more. There is
good life without gluten, just change and do not try to replace, what is
irreplaceable.
