Dietitians, one of whom has likely worked with a protocol using meat-based
formula.  The two outstanding infant nutrition research centers have been at
The University of Iowa, Ekhard E. Ziegler, M.D. and at the USDA Human
Nutrition Research Center for Infant Nutrition at Baylor University in
Houston, John Foreyt, PhD, Director.  Wesley Burks, M.D., allergist at the
Arkansas Children's Research Institute has been doing work with rice-based
formulas at the new USDA Human Nutrition Research Center for Developmental
