Dear David & Listers No I don't have 2000 terminals. I used the number 2000 to convey that the data files are small. This is a professional office. I have one main office, but I like to be able to access my records from several remote locations. Can a phone controlled switch access the line that the computer has hung (not hung up but frozen) on? Can such a swithc also distinguish between voice data and fax calls? I know I'm pushing the envelope here.
