But I have been unable to locate any books that describe the individual experiences of those who deal with gluten intolerance on a daily basis. What type of symptoms did they have? How were they diagnosed? What are the specific ways that they handle everyday situations? What are their favorite recipes? Do they have informative personal anecdotes? Do others think that there is a need for such a work? Does such a book already exist? Please let me know what you think. I am a journalist who is currently completing her second book. Recently, I signed a contract for a third book. But my gluten intolerance was undiagnosed for years because it didn't fit into the classic parameters. I am beginning to think that is quite common. Maybe I should write a book in which I tell the stories of 20 or 30 people who deal with gluten intolerance. I hope to learn if there is a need for such a book. Please e-mail me your thoughts. Also, if you think you have an interesting story to tell for the book, please let me know. If the book happens, I may get in touch with you and conduct an on-line interview. Thank you, Myrna [log in to unmask]
