<<Disclaimer: Verify this information before applying it to your situation.>> This is the message my husband got from Imagine Foods about Rice Dream. Some of it we know, but the new Soy Dream line sounds like something to watch for. We recently developed a process for using a non-grain enzyme source for our RICE DREAM FROZEN DESSERT and IMAGINE NATURAL PUDDINGS product lines. Unfortunately, this enzyme does not work for the processing of RICE DREAM BEVERAGE. We'll continue to explore other options, and if we can successfully meet our product requirements using enzymes grown on another medium, we will switch to them. I also want to make you aware of our newest product --- SOY DREAM, line of six delicious non-dairy soy beverages made from organic whole soybeans. The full line of Soy Dream is gluten free and it will be available in natural foods and most mainstream groceries starting in September. If you would like to receive additional information on Soy Dream or any other Imagine Foods product, please provide your snail mail address and I will send it to you. Thanks again for your letter.
