<<Disclaimer: Verify this information before applying it to your situation.>> Hi All! I have a recipe that calls for Oriental Sesame Oil and Rice Vinegar. I purchased a brand of sesame oil called China Bowl Select sesame oil. It doesn't exactly list ingredients but says "Unlike regular sesame oil, this product has a dark color, highly scented aroma and pungent flavor that contributes to its general popularity throughout China . . . A quarter to half teaspoon of sesame oil will add an exotic quality to pork and beef stir frys when added just before serving to preserve its aroma . . ." I didn't read it carefully enough at the store. I guess I'm a little leary of the "dark color" as I don't know what that's from. Has anyone checked this out, or does anyone know of a "regular" brand that is okay? Thanks. Also, my recipe calls for rice vinegar. Anything I need to watch out for there? Thanks. Lisa
