Hi Everyone,
My mum just broke her pelvis.
Due to a previous injury, she has been bedridden and on morphine.
Apparently drugs cause calcium and other vitamins and minerals to be
leeched from the body.
She is gluten free but was drinking ginger ale (with phosphoric acid that
also leeches calcium from the bones).
I would like her to heal well and fast (providing she makes it thru the
surgery). Are there any suggestions for a speedy recovery for Mum? Foods,
supplements?
