BTW, the FDA has a website, www.fda.gov. Click on Comments, then click on Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition to complain about food labels! I also noticed that if you search "celiac" on the FDA website, you get 6 versions of the same information, with one totally useless paragraph about celiac.
