<<Disclaimer: Verify this information before applying it to your situation.>> I made such a hash of my posting on Honeycup mustard that I would like to recapitulate and clarify what I sent. 1) Honeycup mustard is GF, according to the Product Information Book put out by the Edmonton chapter. I tried it on Sunday, and 24 hours later had suffered no ill effects, so I, for one, consider it safe to use. Delicious stuff. It is sold in many supermarkets here in NYC. My thanks to all the Canadians who not only answered my request for information, but also pointed out my original mistake in attribution. 2) Several people wanted to know more about Grey Poupon mustards. It is made by Nabisco, who assured me when I called their 800 number that all Grey Poupon varieties are gluten-free. 3) If anybody knows of other GF quality mustards, will you message me and I will summarize? I am curious about Maille and Temeraire, but they are made in France, and so far I have not been able to find out anything. 4) Canadian smarties are similar to M&Ms. They list wheat as an ingredient and are NOT safe. regards to all, Mary in NYC
