Wanted to share the uses of the bitters that members replied to me about. They
did say that they used to use it in these ways.  Please anyone who may have
problems when they introduce it in their diet, please share it with us.

1.Used on fruit in the morning and was said to calm the stomach
2.Used in fruit drinks
3.on ice cream
4.meat (this was how I used it which many were not aware of)
there was a booklet about it's uses along time ago, maybe there still is or
check the Web site.
