A friend from the office has run up against a confusing problem. She created a document using WordPerfect 5.1 (dos). When she tried to print from Wp 5.1 in a dos window on her Windows '95 computer to her Cannon Buble Jet 240, she was not able to print the document from Wp because she does not have the Wp print drivers loaded on that computer. She converted the document from Wp 5.1 to MS Works and tried to print. The document printed was misaligned, but recognizable as the original document. She went back and did some formatting to the document in Works and again attempted to print the document. This time the printer only produced unrecognizable gibberish. Further, she can no longer print anything, from any program, from that computer to that printer. Before this, she had no problems with the printer or the computer. She has uninstalled and then reinstalled the printer. The only printer shown in Control Panel is the BJC 240. We are at a loss for what the next step she should take is.
