Fran, I haven't found anything I can stand that's commercial! My answer is
to make a recipe (16 buns) of "hamburger" buns, then slice and freeze them.
I take one out for a sandwich, make it while frozen, and it thaws by
lunchtime. They're not too much trouble to make w/my Kitchenaid mixer and
bake all at once.

And, I have no earthly idea how much carb/roll, but I usually add 1 unit
more of H on the days I eat a sandwich made from one.
