Hi Again, Rick,
        Sounds like Windows Explorer isn't recognizing the changing of the
Directory names(?).  Here's a Link to a handy little Shareware program
called Elftree (it's a small Download, and easy to learn).  By using
this to locate the Directory that the offending file is in, you might be
able to delete the file from there.
