Ok, vegetables done in the microwave aren't bad, I'll admit that.  But I'll starve before I'll eat anymore meat heated in one!

   I have to disagree a little here - vegetables cooked in the microwave
are the best.  They retain color and nutrition best.  They can be done a
little or (God forbid!) a lot.  Try it - you'll like it!
